Terms of Sale

1. About us
mantablu.com is run by Michele Borg Bonaci, a sole trader trading as MANTA BLU, 103 Triq is-Siġġiewi, Ħaż-Żebbuġ ZBG 2307, Malta, VAT number MT33248333. Contact: hello@mantablu.com. These terms apply to every order placed through our site. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
2. Orders
When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We'll email you to confirm we've received it. The contract is formed when we confirm dispatch, or confirm that your order is ready for pickup. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or the price was shown wrongly. If we do, we'll refund you in full.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in euro and include Maltese VAT at 18%. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken by Shopify Payments when you place your order.
4. Products
Our tees are printed in small batches. Colours on screen and print placement can vary slightly, which doesn't count as a fault. Please check the size guide on each product page before you order.
5. Delivery
We deliver within Malta and Gozo, as set out in our Shipping Policy. Responsibility for the goods passes to you once they've been delivered to you, or to someone you've nominated.
6. Right of withdrawal and returns
You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for how it works, including the model withdrawal form.
7. Legal guarantee
Under the Consumer Affairs Act (Cap. 378), you have a legal guarantee of conformity for two years from delivery. If an item is faulty, contact us and we'll repair it, replace it or refund you as the law requires.
8. Discount codes and promotions
Discount codes can't be exchanged for cash and can't be combined with other product or order discounts unless we say so. Codes may have an expiry date or conditions. MANTA10 gives 10% off and can be used once per customer.
9. Community (coming soon)
community.mantablu.com will have its own terms, covering points, rewards and community donation votes. Joining the waitlist doesn't oblige you to anything.
10. Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, photos and text on this site belong to MANTA BLU or its licensors. Please don't copy or reuse them without our permission.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited. We're not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
12. Complaints and governing law
If something goes wrong, email us first and we'll do our best to fix it. You can also contact the Malta Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority (MCCAA). These terms are governed by Maltese law, and the Maltese courts have jurisdiction. This doesn't take away any protection you have under the laws of the country where you live.
