14-day right of withdrawal
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the Maltese Consumer Affairs Act (Cap. 378), you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. You don't need to tell us why.
To cancel, email hello@mantablu.com with your order number and the items you're returning. You can use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page, but you don't have to.
Sending items back
- Send the items back within 14 days of telling us you're cancelling.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with the neck label intact. You may handle the item as you would in a shop to check its size and fit.
- Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one, you pay the cost of returning it. You can also drop it off at a pickup point we arrange with you.
Refunds
We refund the item price and the original standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving your cancellation. We may hold the refund until the items arrive back with us or you show proof that you've sent them. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
If the item comes back worn, washed or damaged beyond normal handling, we may take that loss in value off your refund.
Exchanges
Wrong size? Email us within 14 days and we'll swap it for another size if we have it in stock.
Faulty or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days. We'll replace it or refund you in full, including return postage. This doesn't affect your legal guarantee rights under Maltese law.
Discount codes
If you used a discount code (for example MANTA10), your refund is the amount you actually paid.
